Return and Exchange Policy
Shoes over $100 can be exchanged or returned up to 14 days of date delivered. Simply forward your original email receipt from the purchase along with your exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Send a copy of your purchase receipt to email@example.com. We will reply with a pre-paid shipping label, which must be used within 2 business days.
We will process refunds minus an $8 (per shoe) restocking fee within 7 days of receiving your package. Returned items without the original dust bag and shoe horn (if included) are subject to an additional $5.00 re-packaging fee.
Exchanged items are not subject to the restocking fee. We will provide pre-paid return labels for a one time exchange. Should you wish to return the exchanged item, you are responsible to send the exchanged item at your own expense.
Vision Quest Shoes is not responsible for loss or damage of packages in the custody of the carrier.
