Return and Exchange Policy
Shoes over $150 can be exchanged or returned up to 14 days of date delivered. Simply forward your original email receipt from the purchase along with your exchange request to email@example.com.
We'll reply with a pre-paid shipping label, which must be used within 2 business days. Delayed use of the pre-paid label are subject to the label expiring, and the customer being responsible for return shipping costs.
Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders: Exchange and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, including the cost to ship the new item.
We process refunds minus an $8 (per shoe) restocking fee within 7 days of receiving your package. Returned items without the original dust bag and shoe horn (if included) are subject to an additional $5.00 re-packaging fee. Shoes received that have been worn or damaged due to improper packaging, and therefore unsellable, are ineligible for return or exchange.
Exchanged items are not subject to the restocking fee. We will provide pre-paid return labels for a one time exchange. Should you wish to return the exchanged item, you are responsible to send the exchanged item back at your own expense.
Vision Quest Shoes is not responsible for loss or damage of packages in the custody of the carrier.
