We protect the shoes with dust bags and and padded envelopes in an attempt to minimize packaging, and send you the lightest shipment. We personally pack the shoes and will do so with safety concerns in mind.
Our primary shipping partner is the US Postal Service. UPS and FED EX are other options.
International orders can be shipped by USPS, Fed Ex or DHL.
Shoes can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery date to customer.
To be eligible, your shoes must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. And must include the original dust bag.
Prior to your exchange or return request, please forward your original email receipt from the purchase to email@example.com. You can then send the shoes to:

Costs associated with the exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer.
We suggest you use a trackable shipping service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon review of the returned shoes, we will process the refund or exchange.
When the shoes are exchanged, Vision Quest shoes will pay for the shipment of the second pair to the customer, after the first pair has been returned back to the Los Angeles location.
Restorative Footbeds cannot be exchanged or returned.
All FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
