Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders over $100 within the US 48 contiguous states qualify for free domestic ground shipping.   All International orders can be delivered by UPS, FED EX or DHL with additional shipping costs.

We protect the shoes with dust bags and and padded envelopes in an attempt to minimize packaging, and send you the lightest shipment.  We personally pack the shoes and will do so with safety concerns in mind.  

Vision Quest Shoes are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they leave our warehouse and are in the care of the shipping carrier.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Shoes over $100 can be exchanged 14 days of date delivered.  Simply forward your original email receipt from the purchase along with your exchange request to orders@visionquestshoes.com

We will then send you a pre-paid shipping label, which must be used within 2 business days of receipt. 

Your shoes must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them-including the original dust bag and shoe horn (if included).  Returned without these details are subject to an $5.00 re-packaging fee. 

Upon receipt and review your shoes, we will ship your new selection free of charge.

RETURN POLICY:

Shoes over $100 can be returned within 14 days of date delivered.  Please forward your original email receipt from the purchase to  orders@visionquestshoes.com and advise the reason for the return.

We will then send you a pre paid shipping label, which needs to used within 2 business days of receipt.

Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to process.

We will process your refund minus an $8 restocking fee within 7 days of receiving your package.  Returned items without the original dust bag and shoe horn (if included) are subject to an additional $5.00 re-packaging fee. 

Vision Quest Shoes are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in the hands of the shipping carrier.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Final Sale Shoes under $100, restorative footbeds, face masks and socks are not eligible for exchanges or returns.  Any Final Sale items returned to us will not be processed in any manner.
