Due to our concern for delivery service people during the Covid-19 outbreak, we are suspending shipping until April 6, 2020. If you would like to support our small business before then, you are welcome. If you can be patient until then we won't charge for shipping.
We protect the shoes with dust bags and and padded envelopes in an attempt to minimize packaging, and send you the lightest shipment. We personally pack the shoes and will do so with safety concerns in mind.
Our primary shipping partner is the US Postal Service. UPS and FED EX are other options.
International orders can be shipped by USPS, Fed Ex or DHL.
Costs associated with the exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer.
When the shoes are exchanged, Vision Quest shoes will pay for the shipment of the second pair to the customer, after the first pair has been returned back to the Los Angeles location.
