All shoes are shipped by US Postal Service from Los Angeles California. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.
Our return policy is 14 days shipped and postmarked past the original delivery date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your shoes must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. And must include the original dust bag.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Prior to return, please forward your original email receipt from the purchase to email@example.com. You can then send the shoes to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return or exchanged shoes. Shipping costs are non refundable.
We suggest you use a trackable shipping service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Upon review of the returned shoes, we will process the refund or exchange.
When the shoes are exchanged, Vision Quest shoes will pay for the shipment of the second pair to the customer, after the first pair has been returned back to the Los Angeles location.
